New Year Eve Pizza

Assalamualaikum, dah lama tak update bog ni, dah mula bersawang... Hari ni boleh type entry sebab tak boleh balik, hujan lebat, nak drive pun rasa tak seronok.

Tahun 2012 adalah tahun malas sedunia bagi saya. Jarang jarang sekali nak masak. So azam tahun 2013 ni saya rasa nak rajin sikit masak, kesian dapur saya... Dah lama sangat take a break. So kasi dia bekerja lebih sikit.

So pada petang tahun baru 2013, saya pun melaksanakan azam baru saya, Masak!!! Apa nak masak ni? Ya Allah, soalan yang susah sangat nak jawab. Ok, start with something yummy and easy, apa lagi yang terbayang di kepala.... pizza.....

Petang tu saya buat 2 flavours of pizza, spicy tuna dan satu lagi saya namakan tropicana pizza....

Spicy Tuna Pizza. Pizza base topped with chili tuna and lots of mozzarella cheese.

Topicana Pizza. Pizza base topped with tomato pizza sauce, chicken sausage, pineapple and red capsicum.

On top of the pizza, saya goreng ayamas dan wallla... Kami sekeluarga menjamu selera dengan homemade pizza dan ayam goreng yang rangup...

Carrot n Pineapple Cupcakes

Assalamualaikum,

Balik dari makan kuey teow goreng di Radi Corner, USJ, sampai saja di rumah, saya basuh baju. Sementara, menunggu kain baju dalam washing machine siap untuk di jemur, saya sempat menghias cupcakes.

Carrot n pineapple cupcake adalah one of my favorite. Di tambah dengan kerangupan kacang walnut dan di hias dengan cream cheese frosting... Ini ada lah salah satu dari nikmat Allah... Alhamdulillah

 I love it... Batrisyia ate it... Afiqah tasted it.... Aiman did not even touch it...

I baked carrot cake before..... then last week end, I stumbled upon this recipe... Carrot and Pineapple... hrmm seems interesting.... My carrot cake recipe only need carrot and walnut.... but this new recipe require carrot, pineapple, raisin and walnut,,,,


The result??? I loved it.... Batrisyia like it... Afiqah said taste ok, but she didn't like the raisin...(She didn't eat raisin, any type of raisin....).  Aiman?? He only ate Chocolate Cake.... I brought it to the office... Habis, and the review given by my office mate was encouraging... Now, I have decided to use the new recipe instead of my previous one...
