Red Velvet for the Boss

Our Boss baru saja menyambut ulang tahun hari kelahiran yang ke 4? Semua kakitangan di bawah tanggung jawab Boss bersepakat nak buat birthday cum belated hari raya celebration. So, pada hari jumaat sebelum balik, Fadzilah dan Mazian minta tolong buatkan kek, bukan satu tapi dua. Satu untuk Boss dan satu lagi untuk yg lain2... Mazian has given me specific instruction on "wording" on the cakes.

Untuk Boss, saya sediakan kek Red Velvet yang lembut, di saluti dengan cream cheese frosting.

For the rest....

Dan, untuk kawan2 yang lain, saya sediakan Carrot & Pineapple cake. Selain dari carrot dan nenas, saya tambahkan kacang walnut yang rangup, juga di saluti dengan cream cheese frosting.

The reviews given by my colleagues were very encouraging especially the ones given by my Boss. Alhamdulillah...

Hari Raya Gift

Assalamualaikum

Pada bulan Ramadhan yang lalu ada seorang kawan minta tolong buatkan her Corporate Hari Raya gift. Kami buat confirmation via WhatsApp. Gambar dan sample was sent via email and WhatsApp...Menggunakan teknologi sebaik mungkin, hehehe. My friend requested for the cake to be delivered in wooden box. 

Alhamdulillah semuanya berjalan lancar.

Carrot n Pineapple Cake

 I love it... Batrisyia ate it... Afiqah tasted it.... Aiman did not even touch it...

I baked carrot cake before..... then last week end, I stumbled upon this recipe... Carrot and Pineapple... hrmm seems interesting.... My carrot cake recipe only need carrot and walnut.... but this new recipe require carrot, pineapple, raisin and walnut,,,,


The result??? I loved it.... Batrisyia like it... Afiqah said taste ok, but she didn't like the raisin...(She didn't eat raisin, any type of raisin....).  Aiman?? He only ate Chocolate Cake.... I brought it to the office... Habis, and the review given by my office mate was encouraging... Now, I have decided to use the new recipe instead of my previous one...
