Dua minggu lepas saya mengikuti kursus Terokai Rahsia Ckolat @ Chef Amer's Academy...
Di tambah dengan all the jokes by Chef, kelas penuh dengan gelak ketawa... Jadi tak lah terasa mengantuk dan penat...
This is the right way to hold the scrapper...
Kacau jangan tak kacau....
Sebahagian dari coklat yang telah di hasilkan...

Professor Dr Baharudin Omar
25 March 2011
Prof Dr Baharudin Omar also known as Prof Bahar. In 2007, a new fly species was discovered in Malaysia and named as Parasarcophaga Omari after Prof Bahar's last name.
Prof Tan Sri Dato’ Dr. Sharifah Hapsah binti Syed Hasan Shahabudin, the Vice Chancellor of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia
Prof Bahar's supporters: Alin (Prof's daughter), Kak Meriah (Prof's wife), truly yours, Kak Yam (Kak Meriah's sister), Kak Yam's husband and my hubby...
I was requested by Kak Meriah and Prof Bahar to prepare the door gift for the event. Prof Bahar wanted nuts as topping.
Vanilla Almonds Muffin
Chocolate Hazelnut Muffins
Muffins in the casing... still not done... I have yet to tie up the ribbon...
Prof Bahar and Kak Meriah arrived early to pick up the door gifts. During that time, I am still busy tying up the ribbons.
Kak Meriah helped me to tie up the ribbon
Surprisingly, Prof Bahar can tie the ribbon better than some of us...
The finished products....
