I am sorry... Itulah kata2 yang ingin di luahkan oleh si gadis untuk orang yang tersayang. Kenapa? Saya tak tanya dan saya rasa tak perlu untuk saya bertanya.

Saya baked chocolate cupcakes and topped with chocolate ganache. Saya buat ganache menggunakan dark chocolate.... Dan saya hias dengan deco yang simple...

Banana Walnut and Banana Walnut & Chocolate Chips Muffins

Baru baru ni pisang kat belakang rumah berbuah... Sekali masak ada 4 tandan, banyak betul, siapa boleh habiskan. Kami pun distribute pisang to the jiran2, still ada lebih... So, pisang yang berlebihan tu saya pun lenyek buat muffin.

Ini baru satu tandan, bayangkan ada 3 tandan lagi....

Petang tu distribute muffins to the neighbours... Ada seorang neighbour tu ingat kita org buat kenduri sebab distribute makanan...

Next time kalau ada lagi pisang apa nak buat ya??? Buat cengkodok pisang pun sedap jugak kan...

Bread Pudding

Pagi ni bila masuk dapur baru perasan roti di atas meja dah almost expire. Nak buat apa, banyak lagi... Kalau biarkan, nampak nampak gaya akan di buang. Sayang... Banyak lagi, macam tak ada orang nak makan aje...

So daripada membazir, adalah lebih baik kalau roti ni di "transform" to something that can be eaten by everyone in the house. Lagipun dah lama betul tak buat bread pudding. So pagi ni sementara tunggu Mr Hubby balik dari surau, saya pun memulakan project bread pudding saya...

Rendam roti dalam susu,telur dan gula. Susun dalam casserole, dan bake... Wallah... Sejam lepas tu bread pudding saya pun masak....

Ini lah hasil nya... Pada mulanya nak buat vanilla custard sauce, tapi disebabkan terlalu penat ber"kickboxing" kami sekeluarga makan bread pudding dengan ice cream saja. Dalam fridge cuma ada oreo ice cream, oreo pun oreo lah...

Dah terlalu lama tak update blog, asyik tertunda dari hari ke sehari... Terlalu banyak kerja di office, begitu juga di rumah. Kerja yang tak akan selesai...

Hari ni hantar Adik buat scalp treatment... Kulit kepala Adik semakin kering... So sementara menunggu Adik, sempat lah update blog...

Dua minggu yang lalu sekolah Adik ada menganjurkan hari keusahawanan. Saya janji dengan Adik nak sponsor muffins. So weekend tu saya baked 3 jenis muffins untuk sekolah Adik dan pagi Ahad hantar kat sekolah....

Berkorban Apa Saja

Selamat Hari Raya Aidil Adha untuk semua. Saya harap masih tidak terlambat, walaupun hari ni merupakan hari ini hari terakhir hari tashriq.

Raya tahun ni saya tak sempat masak satu pun juadah untuk hari raya. Untuk adik beradik di Gomabk saya cuma sempat belikan cookies raya dan ditambah dengan donuts from Dunkin Donut. Itu pun betul2 last minute plan. Saya tak apply cuti dan bekerja sepenuh masa pada hari khamis.

Plan asal nak masak rendang malam tu, tapi tak kesampaian. Hubby tak sempat nak beli barang2 untuk buat rendang, dah lah tu, masa balik dari office petang tu jalan punya lah jam. Terpaksa berbuka di Petronas, Kesas Hwy. then kami berbuka puasa di luar, sampai rumah dah lambat. Entah kenapa malam tu saya rasa macam nak pitam, memang tak dapat nak masak apa pun.... Hrmmm ... Panjang

Lepas solat sunat hari raya, Akak, Adik dan saya pun bertolak ke Gombak. Sebelum tu sempat singgah di Dunkin Donut. Then terus ke Gombak. Kami dapat makan fresh rendang, ayam masak kuzi, nasi impit, lemang dan kari kepala ikan... Sungguh yummy dan mengenyangkan...

Dah kenyang minta izin balik, singgah pulak di Zam Zam Arabic Restaurant di Seksyen 9 Shah Alam. Beli Chicken and Lamb Mandy untuk di bawa balik ke Johor. Minta special pack, sebab nak bawa travelling balik yang tak tahu condition highway...

Balik, berkemas, dan selepas solat jumaat kami memulakan perjalanan ke Johor. Nasib baik jalan tak jem....

Esok nya Kakak saya sibuk masak Laksa Johor, our favourite!!!... Then di tambah dengan Lontong Goreng, haaa... Juadah ni hanya boleh di dapati di Johor

Last week my friend, Ros, ordered chocolate and vanilla cupcakes for her daughter, Nurul Aini's 13th birthday. We confirmed the order via i-message only... Tak jumpa pun... Well, we fully utilise the features available of current technology... Nasib baik tak boleh deliver the cuppies via internet, kalau boleh memang dah buat dah...

Ros told me her daughter loves pink and all stuff... So the cuppies were designed for teenager girl.... ...
