I have been planning to make a chill chocolate cheese cake for quite sometime. My daughters love cheese cake and Akak love anything with chocolate. Since I have to spend the whole Chinese New Year long holiday at home, I decided to bake the cheese cake just to kill time (in between "KL shopping malls hopping" activity). Despite of not having some of the ingredient, I managed to bake the cheese cake. Oooppss no baking activity, as I am making chill cheese cake.
